Senior Brand Designer

Fluent Format is seeking a highly creative senior brand designer to join the team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a candidate who desires growth and aims to become a prominent member of the studio team.

We are looking for a Senior Brand Designer who enjoys a high-growth startup culture and is passionate about what they do. The successful candidate will have a history of leading a dynamic team of talented professionals, including brand and motion, digital designers, creative developers, strategists, videographers, and photographers. Collaboration is at the heart of our team, and we are looking for someone who excels in both team-based and individual work, from the initial idea generation to crafting design systems for delivery.


This will involve bringing your creative ideas to life; our team uses various software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and After Effects. Strong technical skills and the ability to problem-solve and think strategically are essential.

Responsibilities

  1. - Act as the design lead for studio projects, staying on top of project outcomes, next steps, and challenges.
    - Understand project problems and showcase creative solutions.
    - Proactively engage with clients to efficiently manage feedback and approval stages.
    - Collaborate and inspire the FF team to develop creative outcomes, timelines, and technical specifications.
    - Cultivate strong working relationships with the team through effective communication and collaboration.
    - Approach challenging project issues with a positive and solutions-oriented mindset, ensuring a high standard of work ethic.
