This group invested heavily in the development of a cutting-edge quote engine and CRM platform to sharpen We Insure’s competitive edge. Growing their presence in North America to over 200 agencies in 33 states. The group commissioned Fluent Format to complete a brand refresh to continue their positive momentum and to give the company a wider appeal that better reflects its revitalized tech credentials and commitment to building relationships.
This was a full-scale brand project delivered with pace and precision. The client’s senior management and key stakeholders were workshopped, interviewed and then engaged in close collaboration every step of the way. We modernized their visual and verbal identity, created a unique and ownable brand position based on learnings derived from our primary research and continue working with them to roll out the new look and feel across two thirds of America’s states.
We redefined Canavan’s brand by redesigning the visual identity and creating a new tone of voice. We applied the new brand to a refreshed website, while also implementing a social media strategy, art-directing all-new photography for the site, commissioning a brand film and writing blog posts on Jason’s behalf. The result is a better utilisation of their marketing budget and an upswing in kitchen design enquiries.
