We used the simple, yet compelling thought of ‘if a memory is worth remembering it’s worth holding onto’ as the foundation of a refreshed brand. It’s a piece of language that is both an emotive, universal truth and a statement of simple fact - you can’t physically hold a digital file. The project included developing a strategy for the brand based on this simple truth and creating a tone of voice that repositioned their business as much more than just a photo lab.
