As a Project/Account Manager at Fluent Format, you'll be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of projects. Your strong interpersonal skills and client-focused approach will be crucial in building and maintaining relationships with our valued clients. Moreover, you'll actively contribute to exploring new business opportunities and ventures for the company.

Your expertise in project management and the digital design and development process will be essential in independently leading projects from inception to completion. With an emphasis on delivering high-quality work on time and within budget, you'll collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

The role entails juggling multiple projects and deadlines, requiring excellent time management and organisational abilities. Your dedication to continuous improvement will drive advancements in our processes and ensure the utmost efficiency.

Responsibilities

  1. - Act as the primary point of contact for studio projects, staying on top of project status, next steps, and challenges.
    - Understand client's needs and translate them into clear briefs to guide the creative output.
    - Proactively engage with clients to efficiently manage feedback and approval stages.
    - Collaborate with the FF team to develop project plans, timelines, and technical specifications.
    - Cultivate strong working relationships with all departments through effective communication and collaboration.
    - Approach challenging project issues with a positive and solutions-oriented mindset, ensuring a high standard of work ethic.
    - Monitor and analyse project performance throughout its lifecycle, using insights to drive actionable improvements.
    - Ensure each project stage aligns with the brief, budget, resources, and deadlines.
    - Support the Creative Director in engaging with potential clients, crafting proposals, and developing detailed statements of work.
